Message from the CEO

What an exciting start to the new Financial Year with Dr Juli Slattery visiting with us in Australia for a series of speaking engagements that were met with phenomenal feedback from those attending. Juli is a woman of grace and wisdom and she certainly had an impact on those with whom she shared -

I’m a newly married woman – 20 years of age. Every minute was amazing. I wanted to write down every word. What Juli shared on marriage and men’s needs was a light to my world.

I loved her honesty – very transparent - very funny – very real.

The presentation was full of good practical advice as well as being very encouraging. Thank you to all involved.

Meanwhile, our ongoing programs and seminars were continuing to have an impact. We were greatly encouraged to hear that a year 11 boy, attending a Christian school in Qld, was recently so challenged by a FOFA seminar dealing with Relationships, Alcohol and Drugs that he stated openly during the session that he wanted to surrender his life to Christ in a real way.

Responses such as these continue to spur us on to be an organisation that positions ourselves to build homes with Faith, Hope and Love.  As well as delivering quality resources to strengthen marriages and encourage parents in their vitally important role we want to be true to our mission of not ignoring the spiritual condition of husbands, wives, mums and dads.
